Personal Data obtained by AMAG is used for limited and specific purposes and for no other purpose other than in connection with AMAG products and services and with the knowledge and consent of the owner of the Personal Data.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Processing of Personal Data includes stages of acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, storage, repair, updating, and/or other stages in accordance with the provisions of Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning Implementation of Electronic Transaction Systems conjunction Law Number 27 Year 2022 regarding Personal Data Protection.

MOBILE APPS SERVICE FOR HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCTS

INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Notice shall be effective as of 1 January 2025.

This Privacy Policy or Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna, Tbk and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred as “AMAG”, “We, “Our”, or “Us”) obtain, collect, store, control, use, process, analyse, improve, update, display, publish, transfer, disclose and protect Your personal data (“Processing of Personal Data“). This Privacy Notice applies to all Users of Our mobile applications (MAGna Sehat apps), websites (mag.co.id and derivative websites), features, services and products (hereinafter collectively refer to the “Applications”), unless covered by a separate privacy notice.

Please read this Privacy Notice thoroughly to ensure that You understand Our data protection practices. We strive to make this easier to understand, so We have provided a summary that highlights all the important points. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this Privacy Notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the applicable Terms and Conditions between You and AMAG. Privacy Notice also has the same meaning as the privacy policy as stated in the Terms and Conditions for Applications and products in our Applications.

What data do we Collect about you?

We collect Personal Data when you use Our Application, including identity data, contact data, eligibility data, transaction data, log data and/or location data. We also collect device and technical data from you, and other data that you may submit or transmit when you use our application. If you choose not to provide such data, we may not be able to provide you with normal services and applications, but not limited to accessing our application services.

How will we use the information about you?

We use your data to set up and manage your account with us, communicate with you, and to provide various features, services and functions for you on our application.

We use your location data as one of the Application services, namely the distance between your position and Health provider.

We use file and/or camera data from your device as a service to upload documents related to menus from the Application that require Supporting Documents related to our insurance products and your claims, such as claim forms on the MAGna Sehat Application.

We use your health data as one of the application services connected to the GoogleFit application, to help you monitor steps, heart rate, calories and weight. This data is not collected in our application.

With whom do We share Your data?

We do not share your Personal Data in the Application with any third parties. Data collected in the Application is only for Application service purposes only, in the case of the MAGna Sehat Application, only for use for processing submitted Claims.

Where do We process Your data?

We process your data Indonesia territory.

How long do We Process Your data?

We process your data as long as your account is still valid and you are still actively using the facilities in the Application. We may store your Personal Data after you end your use of the application service facilities for the period required by referring to applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT

The Types of Personal Data We Collect About You

“Personal Data” means data that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person or device to which the data relates. Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, health data and other data other data included as Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws from time to time during the period of this Privacy Notice (“Applicable Laws“). Furthermore, any other data, including personal profiles, and/or unique identifiers, associated or combined with Personal Data is also Personal Data.

Technical Data includes details about your use of Our Application such as identification generated by the Application (user id) internet protocol (IP) address, data as previously or subsequently viewed web pages, duration of each visit/session, device identity (ID) internet or media access control address, model, and operating system of the device you use to access the Application and crash logs.
7. Device Data includes device data, including the type of device you use to access the Application, including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, unique device identifier, serial number, device movement information, and/or mobile network information.
8. Log data includes records on servers that receive data such as device IP addresses, access dates and times, application features or pages viewed, application work processes and other system activities, browser type.
9. Location Data includes your real-time geographic location data, location coordinates in the form of longitude latitude, and Wi-Fi location.

We shall create, use, license or disclose Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your Personal Data but will not be considered Personal Data as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity as We will ensure: (i) that all identifiers have been removed such that the data, alone or collectively is the same as other available data, cannot be attributed or connected to or cannot identify anyone, and (ii) the data is then combined with similar data so that the original data forms part of a larger data set.

If You provide incomplete Personal Data

When We need to collect Personal Data by law, or under the terms of an agreement We have with you, and you choose not to provide such Personal Data or provide incomplete Personal Data to Us when requested, We may not be able to provide the service and carry out the agreement that We have or are in the process of agreeing with You.
