Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) IV – 2018

At the end of the first semester, the Company again won an award from Economic Review Magazine at the Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) IV – 2018 which took place at the Auditorium of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia on May 30^th 2018.  Mrs. Peggy Wystan as the HR Director of the Company climbed to the stage to receive an award certificate from Mr. Hanif Dhakiri as the Indonesian Minister of Manpower.  The two awards won by the Company are:

• First Rank: Best General Insurance
• Gold Rating: Insurance Company Category

It is an honor for MAG Insurance that our efforts in developing the competence and quality of Human Resources (HR) received appreciation from the Economic Review Magazine along with other juries from Perbanas Institute, Indonesia-Asia Institute, Indonesian Human Resources Institute (IndHRI), IPMI International Business School, NBO Group, Thomas International, and Ideku Group.  This award is one of the achievements as well as a driving force for MAG Insurance to continue to strive to improve the quality of its human resources.
