Welcome back to the Fairfax Asia Summit!
The Fairfax Asia Summit was held at the Fairmont Hotel in Jakarta, on November 11, 2024. It was hosted by AMAG.
Senior executives from the Fairfax Insurance Group and leaders of Fairfax Asia companies from nine countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia met in this forum to connect, discuss growth and success in each of their companies, and to appreciate our individual and collective strengths.
During this one-day summit, there were many engaging and interesting discussions, such as leveraging regional synergies in underwriting, reinsurance, and claims for business growth and profitability, strategies to enhance customer retention, utilizing data analytics for business decision-making, talent development and retention, cyber security and the transformative power of digital technology / AI.
The summit also had insightful sessions on leadership, empathy, culture and values that can build a meaningful legacy.
